The Hunting Hills Bourbon Club is a new monthly guided tasting experience designed to explore the history, craftsmanship, and flavor profiles of American bourbon in a relaxed, social setting. Each gathering features curated bourbon selections, approachable education from our F&B team, and plenty of time for discussion and tasting; whether you’re new to bourbon or a longtime enthusiast. Our first meeting is January 21st at 6:00pm featuring Bourbon 101: From Grain to Glass, an introduction to mash bills, aging, proof, and distillery styles. Guests can expect guided tastings of select bourbons, a featured bourbon cocktail to start the evening, and access to exclusive pours available only to Bourbon Club participants.
