Meet the Board

Jaret Mutter- President

Jaret's family joined HCCC in 2008 when his two daughters were younger. They enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere at the club and were active with the Hound Dog's swim team. His oldest daughter went on to swim at Cave Spring High School all four years. Jaret has enjoyed being involved with the Men's Golf Association and has developed many close personal friendships during the many golf outings at HHCC.  He and his family loved HHCC and the surrounding community so much that they decided to move into the neighborhood in 2014 and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. A native of the Roanoke Valley, Jaret grew up on a small farm in neighboring Bedford County.  After attending Virginia Tech, Jaret returned to Roanoke to begin his career. Jaret is the Founder and President of Valley Wealth Group and has been a Financial Adviser for over 13 years.

"HHCC has had such a positive impact on our family and I serve on the board to ensure that our community club may provide that same experience to new families for many years to come." -Jaret

Doug Wilson

Doug Wilson grew up in Roanoke and graduated from Patrick Henry High School, Wake Forest University, and Liberty University School of Law. Doug, his wife Emily, and their two children Connor and Bailey first became HHCC golf members in 2014 when Connor joined the golf team at Faith Christian School. The Wilsons moved to the Hunting Hills neighborhood in December 2016. Doug's leadership at Century Title Services, Inc. and Wilson Law Firm, PLC has put him in a place to assist the club in its real estate transactions and other legal matters. When asked to join the board in 2017, it was a natural fit. The Wilson's are excited to live in such a beautiful community and are committed to making the Club all that it can be!

Ken and his family joined Hunting Hills Country Club when they moved into the neighborhood in 2004.  He became a member of the board because he wants to help make the club more successful. Ken is Vice President of The Uttermost Co located in Franklin County and has worked there for 24 years.  While he loves everything that Hunting Hills has to offer, he particularly enjoys the tennis program as he has been a lifelong tennis player.
