Fitness Area

Our fitness area is open 24/7 and is accessible by keypad code given exclusively to members. In the fitness center, you will find an array of strength equipment including leg press, free weights, barbells, and everything that you would need to reach your fitness goals. We also offer weekly fitness classes including Fit30, Group Yoga and Pure Barre. 

Fit30 Class

Classes are not currently in session

We offer three Fit30 Group Fitness Classes each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 AM-6:30 AM in the indoor tennis facility.- 

These 30-minute classes are designed to improve your fitness level, no matter your starting point or ability. Your class time will be spent working toward a better version of yourself through purposeful movement designed to get results. Functional, bodyweight movements at variable intensities will keep you making progress while also having fun!

Please bring a workout mat to class with you each day (not required but recommended).

Starting Tuesday, June 21st, we will offer Yoga classes exclusively for our members. The classes will be a mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Yin/Restorative style. 

Monday at 8am & Friday at 9:30am
Tuesday at 6pm

Classes will be held in the downstairs Blue Ridge Room
We ask that members bring a Yoga mat to each class and other props will be provided.

Starting Monday, June 2nd we will offer Pure Barre classes exclusively for our members taught by Pure Barre of Roanoke. Pure Barre is a group fitness workout that will tone muscles; improve mind-body connection; and increase agility, flexibility, and strength for everybody. Taught by highly trained teachers, you will be guided through a 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact, total-body workout. You can expect to receive results in as few as 5 classes. Just bring a mat, sticky socks, and leggings long enough to cover your legs past your knees—everything else will be provided!
